Travis Reagan - President
Travis Reagan is the President and co-owner of ARMEC. He joined ARMEC in 2004 and provides supervision and oversight of manufacturing and facilities. He identifies project goals and objectives and creates a project plan that outlines the tasks, timelines and resources required.
Lisa Hanson - Business Operations Manager
Lisa Hanson is our Business Operations Manager and co-owner of ARMEC. She joined ARMEC in 2007 and is responsible for all quality system activities. She plans and organizes the activities of business, and is responsible for overseeing finance and accounting, marketing, sales and contracts, human resources, training, purchasing, and maintenance.
Noah Pratt - Engineering Manager
Noah Pratt is the Engineering Manager. He joined the team in 2023 and directs activities of the engineering team. Ensuring accurate and effective implementation of the QA program to produce quality products and services.
Jim Sweet - Manufacturing Manager
Jim Sweet is the manufacturing manager at ARMEC. He joined ARMEC in 2015 and provides supervision and oversight of the manufacturing team. He is also responsible for creation and maintenance of Company manufacturing policies and procedures.
Matt Kondrat - Quality Control Manager
Matt Kondrat is ARMEC’s Quality Control Manager. He joined ARMEC in 2024 and directs activities of the quality control team, ensuring that a team of personnel work accurately and effectively to produce quality products or services
Kiley Allen - Office Manager
Kiley Allen is the Office Manager at ARMEC. She joined the team in 2024 and is responsible for assisting with the activities of the business, and is responsible for overseeing marketing, human resources and training, purchasing, maintenance, and quality systems.
